Top-up Instructions​

Currently, aifare supports online top-up via WeChat.

Click "Top up now" and scan the QR code with your mobile phone to complete the payment.

Billing Instructions​

Instance Billing​

aifare instances have two billing modes: pay-as-you-go and daily/weekly/monthly subscriptions. The differences are as follows:

  • Pay-as-you-go: Charges are based on the actual usage of the instance. This mode does not require advance payment, but you need to ensure that your balance is greater than the cost of one hour of instance usage (if there are running pay-as-you-go instances, their cost will be deducted when calculating the balance). When the instance is shut down, the fee is settled per second and deducted from the balance. The GPU is not reserved after shutdown.
    • Fee Calculation: Billing starts when the instance is started and ends when it is shut down. Fee = Duration x Unit Price. Duration = Shutdown Time - Startup Time, accurate to the second, with a minimum charge of 0.01 yuan.
    • Deduction Timing: Fees are deducted once per hour and once at shutdown. The deduction amount is the fee for the billing cycle, with usage duration accurate to the second. For example, if you start an instance at 9:10 and shut it down at 10:30, you will be charged for 1 hour at 10:10 and for 20 minutes at 10:30.
    • Note that the billing duration is based on the instance's startup and shutdown times, not on the duration of GPU computation calls.
    • When users have overdue payments, the platform will automatically shut down instances and retain data disk data. Data disks will continue to be billed until users actively release the instance. When the account is overdue by more than 50 yuan, the platform will automatically release the instance and data disks.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Subscription: This is a prepaid mode for aifare instances, paid in full at the time of rental. This billing mode is suitable for long-term stable business needs and is cheaper than the pay-as-you-go mode.
    • Handling after expiration: The instance will be shut down upon expiration, and data disks can be retained for free for 10% of the subscription period. After the free retention period expires, the platform will automatically release the instance and data disks. For example, if you purchase a one-month subscription instance, the data disk can be retained for free for 3 days after expiration (30 days × 10% = 3 days). After 3 days, the platform will automatically release the instance and data disks.

Storage Billing​

Instance Storage Billing​

aifare charges for instance storage in yuan/hour per GB.

  • Pay-as-you-go Instances: Instance storage is billed hourly, regardless of whether the instance is running or not. If you no longer need it, please release the instance in a timely manner.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Subscription Instances: Storage costs are included in the total fee and paid in full at the time of rental.

Overdue Payment Instructions​

  • ⚠️Warning⚠️: If the account balance is insufficient, data retention will be prioritized for billing, and your data will not be deleted immediately. However, if the account is overdue by more than 50 yuan, the platform reserves the right to delete the data (considering the importance of the data, we will carefully consider deleting user data). If the platform fails to delete the data in time after the 50 yuan arrears, causing continuous deductions, we will compensate you for the amount exceeding 50 yuan with a coupon (e.g., if you are 60 yuan in arrears, you can contact customer service to receive a 10 yuan voucher; if you are 20 yuan in arrears, the user will bear the cost).
